Business Area : Administration Department

Job Description

  • Assist with the daily activities of the Procurement Unit.
  • Facilitate inquiry processes with suppliers and vendors for required purchase items.
  • Manage and organize purchase data records, ensuring accurate data entry and control.  
  • Provide support and collaborate on unit tasks and other related responsibilities.
  • Coordinate survey work for projects and oversee the delivery processes of purchased products.

Job Requirements

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills within an organizational setting.
  • Proficiency in English (both written and spoken).
  • Expertise in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • No prior experience required; however, candidates with 1-2 years of experience in administrative work will be given preference.

Working Hours and Days

  • Working days : 5 days (Monday to Friday)
  • Working hours : 8 hours (08:00 to 17:00)
